Deborah Henson-Conant

It is hard to describe Deborah Henson-Conant. Music…Theatre…Comedy…Passion. She’s a cross-genre, Blues-Flamenco-Celtic-Funk-Folk-Jazz dynamo. She tells tall tales with the ease of a stand-up comic. She solos and wails like a rock guitarist. She turns music into theater and theater into something lyrical. See her once and you’ll never look at the harp the same way again. We didn't quite know what to expect when we brought her to the Jaqua Concert Hall in 2008...and what we got was nothing short of amazing. She returned a second time, and she blew us away again. So what can you say about that? We figure we've got to bring her back again!
